Notes:
- The conference with the Decepticons got impeded by swarms of Insecticons that were attempting to "Cyber-form" Earth.  The cause of this was the Proudstar, an ancient Cybertronian vessel from before the Great War that had crashed on Earth and had abruptly activated.
- As it turned out, VIPER was involved with all of this, and among their ranks were several renegade Autobots who'd been recruited by Apogee.  There also had been a simplistic clone of Jen herself who they tried to pass off as the original, alive and well, but the truth was exposed easily enough with her chatbot-grade dialogue.
- The real villain though was the ancient Nova Prime, captain of the Proudstar and who had fallen under the influence of Unicron.  Nova'd intended to Cyber-form the planet into a new body for him and the surviving members of the VIPER team who still had some sense fled when they found out about that, leaving us facing just Nova, the absurdly powerful combiner Monstructor, and Decepticon fanatics under Nova's command.
- Grimlock and the other Dinobots were severely injured in the fight, but Nova's insistence on drawing out their deaths gave us time to save them all, courtesy of Optimus, Soundwave, Devastator, and Menasor arriving to help even the odds.  Nova's forces were wiped out, and he first attempted to make us surrender by revealing that the Cyberforming was being controlled by the Ferrotaxis; a computer holding the collective knowledge of Cybertron's culture and history.  Optimus and the other Cybertronians blew it apart with little hesitation, valuing Earth far more than Nova Prime had ever thought.
- In the end Nova Prime attempted to feign freedom from Unicron's corruption to try to get one last shot at killing Optimus, but quick thinking from Soundwave was able to expose Nova's trick for what it is, Dido and Sielje helping save Soundwave and Optimus's lives respectively before Optimus finally killed Nova Prime.
- The Jen clone was similarly dealt with, and the remains recovered after the battle confirm she was a simple, unthinking physical clone with a computerized brain with a bevvy of combat programs loaded in.
- In spite of the circumstances of the crisis, the cooperation displayed by and toward the Decepticons has gone a long way into helping solidify relations with them.

Devastation

The Decepticons return, not as enemies but merely to broker trade.  But their return coincides with strange goings on and the awakening of something ancient... something ancient and evil.

Devastation

The Decepticons return, not as enemies but merely to broker trade.  But their return coincides with strange goings on and the awakening of something ancient... something ancient and evil.

Setting: Crashed Autobot ship Proudstar.
Schedule: This mission may happen either on Thursday, July 14th, or between Saturday July 16th to Wednesday July 20th.  Scheduling's messy for me and it can only be late European or American times on Thursday, Saturday, Monday, and Wednesday, or Malaysian times on Sunday.  Tuesday is unfortunately a no-go.  But if you would like to participate, please post below with your preferred dates and times from what was posted above.

Important notes:
- The art expo was derailed when Apogee 13 showed up with a squad of assassins, all for the purpose of trying to kill Jen.  Some quick thinking on her part got the fight moved to outside, but not before Apogee also shot her in the back in a rather dickish fashion.
- During the battle, some hired thugs Apogee had brought along had the bright idea to try to kill Jen's sister and mother, providing incentive enough for Jen to master the Nemain's superspeed movement. It was enough to kill the jerk and save her family!
- Buuuuuuuut also not enough to defeat Apogee, who only retreated after Sielje intervened and saved Jen's life.  To make matters worse, her superspeed movement also seems to not just accelerate her machine... but also the progression of the same disease that took her father's life.

Accelerando

In the wake of Jen's father unfortunately passing on, an art exhibit is arranged in his honor, with invites to go around for her friends!  But one woman is on a personal mission to see the daughter follows her father sooner than she'd like.

Canon: Iteration/Acceleration

Type: Spontaneous
Setting: In and outside an art exhibit.
Schedule: This mission will take place on Monday, March 7th at 3 PM CST.  If this time does not work for anyone, please let me know ASAP.

Important Notes:
- Thanks to being quickly alerted, the Unity Group was able to attack a VIPER base shortly after it was set up. A good thing too, since the Forgemaster base could perform near-instantaneous repairs on their stock of mooks.
- Doomstar was also present, as was another Julia who attempted to fire a slew of nanomachine-equipped WMDs at cities, only to be stopped by the Unity Group and Doomstar herself. Turns out Doomstar is cool with a lot of decidedly uncool things, but she's still got standards about using weaponry on civilians.
- Following VIPER's defeat and Julia's death, Doomstar has entered Unity Group custody. God help us all.

Due to unforeseen and unwanted IRL bullshit on my end, the mission Desert Heat is being pushed back to Saturday, January 23rd.  Tentatively it will be at the same time; 10 AM CST.  If you would like to participate, please post below.

Desert Heat

VIPER rears its ugly head once more, with a base located in the Middle East and familiar faces more than eager to settle the score.

Important Notes:
- A devastating attack planned by VIPER was spoiled by the Unity Group getting a tip-off for it before it happened.  This tip-off came courtesy of Jen, who had gone undercover in an operation planned with Commander Huffman to get information... and also steal a crapton of VIPER's funding.
- We killed off three more of the Julia clones.  One still got away with one of VIPER's fancy combat subs.
- Jen got a pretty bad beatdown between Apogee 13 and the Julia piloting VIPER's powerful Prima Materia, but she is fortunately still okay.

Pattern Recognition

Important Notes:
- While we were planning to attack Sapphire Eyes' headquarters, she struck first, attacking the city of Cumberland, MD instead.  Turns out this place was Grace's hometown, and it was all just a plan to draw her out.
- VIPER was also working with her, using the confusion to steal nuclear fuel and also try to recruit our members.  Everyone refused easily, except for Jen to turned traitor on us!  Onore Jen.
- Sapphire Eyes had some weird stuff going on, wanting to "become one" with Grace and revealed all this craziness on her end was also due to a time machine which Grace had become the "key" to.  After some weird stuff and time rewinding, Sapphire Eyes has gained the power too and used it to kill Westwood... though Grace subsequently rewound time so Westwood came back to life.
- Sapphire Eyes and the VIPER leaders all got away, all aside from the Julia lady who'd died previously.  Turns out she has tons of clones so even that's not much of a victory.

The Quick and the Dead

Information from Westwood sheds light on the location of Sapphire Eyes' hideout and plans are made to attack it.

Notes:
-Commanding several Archetypes, Schwarzwald attacked Paradigm City using a mummy Megadeus. It turned out to be another Big in disguise - the Big Duo!
-The city's dam was also under attack by VIPER, a terrorist organisation whose commander offered us jobs. Not being idiots, everyone present refused.
-VIPER threatened to destroy the dam and flood the city, but their real target was actually the city's gold reserves. They managed to steal them and flee in a giant submarine carrier.
-Big Duo rejected its pilot and started to move on its own, intent on burning Paradigm down. It was destroyed after Roger discovered a new weapon hidden in Big O's mechanisms.
-Damage to Paradigm's infrastructure was significant, though much less than if we didn't do anything. Schwarzwald managed to survive and fled to parts unknown. If Hibiki's act of trying to reach out to him left an impression on him or not, remains to be seen.

The Enemy is Another Big!

Schwartzwald decides that Paradigm City must learn the truth - by being engulfed in flames! Obviously we won't just let him do as he pleases. But as it turns out, a third faction attacks the city for its own gain.
