War Of The False Gods

Chaos runs rampant when another AEP Gebian force launches an attack on Earth, targeting a -to them- strategically valuable location. There's plenty of defenders there... but the problem is that a lot of civilians are in the crossfire too and neither side seems to care about a ceasefire. So guess who it falls on to play heroes...

Canon: Swarms of Gods, Mythology's End
Characters: Hetepheres, Ryuichi, any six combatants
Type: Spontaneous.
Setting: The city of Sparta
Schedule: The mission will happen on Wednesday August 13th, 7:15 PM CDT/CST. If you would like to participate, please respond below.

War Of The False Gods

Chaos runs rampant when another AEP Gebian force launches an attack on Earth, targeting a -to them- strategically valuable location.  There's plenty of defenders there... but the problem is that a lot of civilians are in the crossfire too and neither side seems to care about a ceasefire.  So guess who it falls on to play heroes...

Canon: Swarms of Gods, Mythology's End
Characters: Hetepheres, Ryuichi, any six combatants
Type:  Spontaneous.
Setting: The city of Sparta
Schedule: Steam's schedule sucks, silver lining on those clouds edition!  Four days next week are viable for this: Monday the 11th, Tuesday the 12th, Wednesday the 13th, and Friday the 15th.  Although I have Tuesday off entirely, I work the mid-day shift those other three days, thus the mission would be starting later just for the name of preserving my sanity (7 or 8 PM Central ideally).  So yeah, Tuesday's what I'm hoping for here but the others are an option.  Please list your preferences for these days when you comment.

Mission: "The War of Myths" Debrief

The mission The War of Myths was ... something. The original objective was failed completely but some good came out of it. The mission log is here.

Participants:
Suma
Njall - Son of Erland and that the boulder he had an abnormal fascination with.
Nancy Boy Ryuuichi of Draco
Mizuki Onodera
Raquel Manora
Kentaro Torao

Notes:
- Ryuuichi took some bad hits on the mission and may need some time to rest. Also the fact that Shouichi turning bad was sort of his fault will also eat at him.
- Njall took some hits, but managed to kill Asmund - his longtime rival. The corpse is drifting across the ocean and at its current speed should be in shark infested waters within a day or two. We're definitely not seeing him again. Possibly.
- Ken managed to get the Scarletiger working. No more Genoaces for him
- Suma managed to force a surrender from a surprise War God. There is now one less bloodthirsty maniac in the world.
- Mizuki is okay more or less. Sara less so.

The Leader of the group known as the Sons and Daughters of Wisdom - of which Ryuichi is a member of has come to the Unity Group with a request. Apparently one of their recent recruits by the name of Shouichi had attracted the attention of Poseidon's forces, furthermore it seems that Shouichi also has to contend with a squadron of mercenaries known as the 'Iron Whirlwind'.

Things may escalate in ways unforseen.

Canon: Mythology's End, War God No.99, Modern Ancients
Characters: Ryuichi of Draco, Suma, Njall - Son of Erland, 3-4 Pilots
Type: Spontaneous
Setting: Mini-Archipelago (Lots of water, several 'small islands' of rocks)
Schedule:  The mission will take place on Friday the 30th at 8.30pm CST/CDT. If you are interested, sign up below.
