-Asking whether a canon (normal or original) or a character idea you have and want to app is app'able into the game

So...

Yeah. I want to app this guy and his Anchor (as a noncombatant... technically), from Bliss Stage, which I'd do as if it was an original canon and character because it's pretty low on canon other than the stuff I wrote for it.

However, Bliss Stage implies that there are extradimensional aliens taking the Dreamlands Express to freaking everywhere, which would be pretty hard to work into the setting. Should we just say that they have a portal set up in San Francisco, that there's a risk they may put out more, and that only parts of California got hit by the Bliss and the aliens?

This is exactly what we are going to do. No single canon can define the whole setting to such a large extent, so the Bliss will be a local phenomenon.
