Both days (21st and 25th) are fine. However, for the 25th, I'd very much prefer Malaysian or European times for this.
That weekend is also when the MotoGP race takes place where I live, and at the usual American standard time on Saturday (which is Sunday morning here) I'll likely be over at the circuit to take advantage of the sales on motorcycling gear.
