Mission "The Battle of Ceres" debrief

The mission The Battle of Ceres was a victory for Earth... just not nearly as easy one that many in the ESUN would've hoped.  The complete mission log can be read here.

Notes:
- The blatant incompetence of Vice Admiral Komine nearly killed the defensive operation before it began.  The ESUN's lost countless ships, machines, and one spiffy superlaser that allegedly rivaled the power of the Macross cannon.  Fortunately Lt. Amane (who came up with the plan before Komine butchered it) was able to salvage the situation with the help from the Unity Group.  Her own military career's looking to be on the fast-track now, while Komine's will no doubt be in decline.
- The base at Ceres has been held, but the casualties sustained are worrisome and some members of the ESUN have pressured the Unity  Group and MJP Project to provide them with the technical information regarding the high-end machines .  Russia's among the group and one of the most vocal, likely still butthurt from not snagging anything in the wake of that BETA-related incident.
- More than any of the other AHSBMs, Red Five is in need of repairs from its straining battle with the mystery Wulgaru machine.
- Peola's Gespenst also has sustained a lot of structural damage and is missing an arm.  Gonna need some repairs for that one.
- There were also some... developments regarding finding out what Wulgaru actually look like.  More on that front as it happens.
