Important Notes:
- The dig was attacked by none other than Vlaams Leger, a Belgian terrorist group intent on creating an independent state for the Flanders region. They're rather delusional, and attacked the dig site in the hopes of finding information and power to give them an edge.
- There was no loss of life among the hostages, save for the intern who raised the alarm to the Unity Group in the first place.
- Vlaams Leger's leader has been identified as Pieter de Klerk, a wanted man who went underground on account of it. He did not escape the battle unharmed. Skald saw to that.
- Big O sustained some damage to its chest cannons, but that's about the extent of noteworthy damage done to people.
- Mysteriously, when the VL terrorists attempted to blow up their transports via reactor overloads, the third was stopped somehow even though overriding it was impossible. Weird.
