All of these days are possible, but Friday or Saturday preferred.

Wednesday or Friday would be best for me if we were to be 6PM EST (5PM CST) or later. I could swing Saturday or Sunday as well but they don't work as well as the other days.

I can make Wednesday any time. Friday and we'd have to go by Malaysian time for me to make it, the earlier the better.
