I'm interested. Something closer to standard European time works best with Sunday having a more narrow window of time than the others. I'd prefer starting around 1 PM CST because then dinner isn't affected while it still isn't terribly late for me. However, I can go from around 9 AM to 5 PM CST if need be. Except Sunday which is only between 3 and 5 PM CST.
