I can make it at any day and time except Friday evenings - specifically, 4~6 PM onwards - in CST/CDT. Starting times at 1~3 PM CST/CDT the same day are less preferred, because I need to sleep, and the expected running time will bring it into the 4~6 PM zone.
Basically, for Fridays: if the mission can start at such a time that it may end by 1~2 PM CST/CDT at the latest, it would be ideal.
